I've always been a maker at heart, happiest with my hands busy. Creativity has never been limited to one medium for me, feeling inspired and  excited about exploring new materials, blending them together, and discovering unexpected ways to turn inspiration into something tangible. Living and working in Richmond, I’m fortunate to be part of a vibrant creative community, collaborating with fellow artists in local studios while also creating woodwork from my home garage workshop.

When I'm not making, you'll probably find me gathered around a table with good food and great company. Sharing meals, swapping stories, and making memories with friends is one of my favorite ways to spend time. I believe food, creativity and community go hand in hand, and some of my best ideas are born during conversations over coffee, homemade treats, or a delicious meal. Food has always been my love language to bring people together, and making functional work was a natural progression of that love of gathering around the table. Mugs for morning coffee, serving bowls for family dinners, plates for a favorite meal, charcuterie boards  - functional art is where my heart lies.

Makers markets are some of my favorite places to be because they combine creativity, craftsmanship, and meaningful human connection. I love the opportunity to create custom pieces for people. There's something special about hearing someone's story, collaborating on a unique idea, and creating something made just for them. The relationships built through the making process are every bit as rewarding as the finished pieces, and connecting with others continues to be one of the most inspiring parts of my creative journey.
